Position Identification


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with has an interest in building their
experience in sales, marketing, and training. In this role, you will be a key member of our Sales
Innovation department responsible for providing product training materials to our sales team and
customers, updating the LMS training platform, and collaborating on marketing campaigns to generate
sales.

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the learning and development of the sales team by coordinating the delivery of
    training materials, product videos, and marketing tools.
  • Provide product training to sales representatives, ensuring they have a thorough understanding
    of our offerings, marketing assets, and features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials, presentations, and
    resources that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
  • Generate creative ideas and strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and
    enhance the overall sales performance through product training engagements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, changes in the industry, and emerging learning and
    development techniques.

  • This position requrires strong presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with perspective clients

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Ability to learn sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and learning and development skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, speak in public, and present to senior leadership.
  • Analytical skills with ability review market trends and leverage insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn virtual training platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility for occasional regional travel for in-person training sessions and industry events.
