Reports to - Director of Channel- New Business Development

Job Purpose

As a vital member of the newest team in PCLT sales, this dynamic role is pivotal in driving the success of our channel sales initiatives.   The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive support to the sales team through efficient reporting, seamless collaboration, insightful analysis, and strategic execution of plans outlined by the Director of Channel.

 

Based out of our American HQ in downtown Nashville, TN, the incumbent will play a key role in bolstering sales efforts and addressing requests firsthand.  This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and profitability of our new sales channel, while working cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives and exceed targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate and maintain detailed sales reports to track performance metrics and identify area for improvement
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and other departments to ensure sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related area
  • Experience in the Tire/Automotive industry is ideal but not required
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role
