Job Purpose

Strategize, analyze, plan, and implement business plans to specific Strategic, National, and Key accounts. Cultivating internal and external relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating positive business results for both entities. The incumbent in this position will have demonstrated high level of proficiency in sales and full knowledge of the product line and its applications.

Key Accountabilities

  • Works with a defined set of customers and Hankook account managers, typically within a geographic or industry focus, assist in meeting revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer, and by assisting in identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Creates demand for the organizations products and services through analysis, product screen recommendations, and business planning tools.
  • Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the sales team to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategy.
  • Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
  • Other assignments, projects, tasks, as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree required
  • A bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration preferred but not required
  • Masters’ or MBA degree preferred but not required
  • One to Five years of experience in sales or has other significant experience (supply chain, finance, etc.) and wants to enter sales as a career path
