Position Identification

Job Purpose

Coordinate the fulfilment of assigned customer orders and maintain an appropriate stock level at the distribution centers across business partners. Work with Global HQ and field sales employees to insure incoming order volumes are adequate to fulfil any fluctuations in the customer’s forecast and/or plan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Check and monitor customer’s order release data to insure orders will be filled on time for all Supply Chain partners
  • Work with carriers to insure JIT deliveries are made on time and resolve any out of line situations
  • Participate in the development of the PSI (Purchasing Sales Inventory) process
  • Report any out-of-line situations to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Complete all tasks and assignments as directed by Management

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience
  • A bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration and Supply Chain Management preferred
  • 1 – 4 years of experience in supply chain operations preferred
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Prior experience working with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) required
  • Familiarity with ERP System (SAP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
  • Some overnight travel required - 10%
