Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for planning and arranging all the inbound and outbound shipments daily according to their requested delivery date by choosing a cost-effective trucking company. This position is also responsible for following up on all shipping-related work.

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily coordination with the 3PL WHs team and the truckers to ensure all the shipments are picked, loaded, and shipped to customers and vendors.
  • Scheduling of all the outbound shipments based on their requested delivery date
  • Confirm the TO, Gi, and print out Bills of Lading and packing slips for carriers
  • Providing the information to customers and internal teams on the shipment status, delays, etc.
  • Coordinate the delivery date with the customer
  • Provide PODs to customers
  • Create an Outbound Daily report
  • Arrange inbound containers as per the daily schedule and pick up the empties
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to management when it occurs
  • Any other duties/responsibilities may be assigned by management

  • Advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred

  • Fluency in verbal/written English

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred
