Job Purpose

Develops the strategy and directs PCLT and TBR/Commercial Division efforts to achieve USA sales goals, through a team of Regional Directors and staff, in multiple areas / offices across the country, in accordance with the U.S. and Global marketing and sales plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Directly hires, manages and evaluates the Sr. Commercial Director, Sales Management Director, Corporate Accounts Director, and PCLT Regional Sales Director position(s)
  • Develops & implements business plans and sales strategies to increase sales units and revenue according to company policies and programs
  • Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities in the USA PCLT and Commercial Divisions
  • Establishes strategies & plans to prospect new business, expand customer base and improve brand awareness
  • Advises and coaches Directors and others with proposals, presentations and skills development when necessary
  • Obtains current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition
  • Supports in the development of marketing plans
  • Monitors performance of Region Directors and field sales members
  • Maintains customer satisfaction related to members of entire PCLT and Commercial Division staff
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the President, SVP Sales

  • Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office.


  • 4 Year College Degree (BS/BA) required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years sales experience preferred
  • 10+ years Tire Industry related experience preferred
  • Must be able to travel approximately 50%
